The Porter Square Neighbors Association is a voluntary membership organization of residents and business owners in Cambridge and Somerville. It is open to all who want to work to improve the quality of life in Porter Square and surrounding neighborhoods. Voting members pay dues of $10 per year; prior to casting any vote, these members must have also attended 4 meetings in the previous year or 2 meetings in the previous 6 months. More detail may be found in the PSNA By-laws.
We meet on the third Thursday of every month from 7 pm to 9 pm. We have met for years in the North Cambridge Senior Center at 2050 Massachusetts Avenue, but during its renovation, we met at Lesley University Hall, 1815 Mass Ave Room 4-037 (or when a bigger room is required, Room 2-048). During the COVID pandemic, we have shifted our meeting room to Zoom at the same day and time.
Until we resume meeting in person, members should send annual dues to P.O. Box 400106, Cambridge, MA 02140. Checks should be made out to "Porter Square Neighbors Association." At this time, we do not have an electronic option for paying dues.
