Arish Halani of Budega at 1686 Massachusetts Avenue joined us to tell us about them, their progress on the build out at the property formerly occupied by Stereo Jack's, and about their plans. We also discussed the recent shooting by the police of a young man who was apparently suffering a mental breakdown. We do not have all the facts. This is a tough subject which we need to talk about. Our heart's go out to this poor young man's family. We need to understand how this could happen here. And seek to make sure it never happens again. How should such a situation be handled?
