PSNA members met to discuss the proposed multifamily zoning ordinance which would: allow four story multifamily homes by right in all city neighborhoods (and six stories by right if the project meets inclusionary zoning requirements), remove most setback requirements (except for a small front setback), eliminate single and two family zoning and reduce the planning board role.
