• We have brooms, bags, and work gloves. Bring your own, if you prefer. Also, bring a snow shovel, which is handy as a dustpan.

We are doing something radically different for our August meeting: Gathering outside with a beverage and some snacks to talk about whatever seems interesting with whoever we're standing next to. That is, an actual social event!
We will host this event on Thursday, August 18 from 7 to whenever. We can't tell you where it will be yet because we need to know how many would like to attend so that we choose the backyard that can best accommodate the crowd.

Kathy Dalton, Manager of the Living Well Network, led a discussion about the resources that Porter Square has and needs to meet the needs of all who live in the area.
Kathy is looking to expand the discussion of issues lumped under “aging in place” to a larger view of “living in community to identify what we need in and from our community to make it livable for those who live here now and those who will live here in the future.
