Sean Hope and Jason Korb gave an update on their affordable housing development at1791 Mass Ave. They have formed a working group with the abutters, which has met for a year, to shape some of the aspects of this development. Current status:

Jason Korb and Sean Hope will update us on the Frost Terrace (1791 Mass Ave) 100% affordable housing project. They will review the design/layout, projected construction schedule, etc. for this project.
They will explain, in some depth, why it takes so long to bring a project like this one to fruition, with multiple sources of funding, approvals, sign offs, each with their own requirements.

A Big Chunk of Cambridge is for Sale (or sold)

This block of five properties on Frost and Roseland, owned by the Farrington family, has been offered for sale (all together) for $19.5 million.
Stay tuned for what happens next, and what Agassiz Neighborhood and PSNA will need to do.

Collete at Porter Square Hotel is Open!

Sibling to Frenchie across the river — and sharing one owner with Petit Robert as well — Colette will likewise specialize in French cuisine. And also like Frenchie, Colette will feature lush floral wallpaper.
