Given our concern with the health of our local small businesses and the empty storefronts on Mass Ave, we thought it might be time to check in with Pardis Saffari, Director of Economic Opportunity and Development, to talk about both.
She and Allyson Allen will review the "vacant storefront initiative/database", and more generally talk about the programs the department offers to assist those starting and running our local small businesses. And how we, the customers, can help!
Porter Square Neighbors Association is now holding hybrid meetings: in person at Lesley University Hall, Room 2-078, 1815 Mass Ave (near the Porter Square T stop), and on zoom for those who prefer.
